Wholesale orders are shipped from our China-based supply warehouse or approved supply partner. Chengdu Lingdong Wireless Technology Co., Ltd. is an authorized MOES distributor, not the MOES factory.

Are the products certified for my market?

Certification depends on the exact model and market version. Available certification documents can be provided on request before you order.

What smart home platforms do MOES products support?

MOES products run on Tuya and support the Smart Life app, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Home Assistant via local control. Select models support Apple HomeKit natively via Matter.

Can you deliver to my freight forwarder in China?

Yes. We can deliver goods to your appointed freight forwarder warehouse in China. International shipping, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and destination delivery are handled by the buyer or the buyer’s freight forwarder. Delivery is completed once the appointed warehouse signs for the goods.
